Sharon Patterson is a skilled mediator and the owner of Coastal ADR Services, bringing nearly two decades of legal experience as a litigation paralegal and extensive training in conflict resolution. She holds a Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Management from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and served as a Certified Mediator in a Federal Workplace Alternative Dispute Resolution Program for almost ten years. Sharon has successfully facilitated workplace mediations regarding hostile work environments, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints, Reasonable Accommodation requests, and labor-management conflicts. As a proud Marine Corps veteran, she also honed her skills in diplomacy and negotiation while serving as a liaison between U.S. military members and the Japanese government.

Sharon Patterson is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator and has met the qualifications to serve on an arbitration panel. Sharon is also a Certified EEO Investigator.
