Sharon Patterson is a skilled mediator and the owner of Coastal ADR Services, bringing nearly two decades of legal experience as a litigation paralegal and extensive training in conflict resolution. She holds a Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Management from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and served as a Certified Mediator in a Federal Workplace Alternative Dispute Resolution Program for nearly ten years. Sharon has successfully facilitated workplace mediations regarding hostile work environments, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints, Reasonable Accommodation requests, and labor-management conflicts. As a proud Marine Corps veteran, she leverages her military experience to navigate high-stakes conversations with professionalism and poise. During her service, she honed her diplomatic skills while working in Foreign Criminal Jurisdiction, serving as a liaison between U.S. military personnel and the Japanese government.
